claws-mail-html2-viewer software package provides HTML mail or attachment viewer for Claws Mail, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install claws-mail-html2-viewer
claws-mail-html2-viewer is installed in your system.
